Technology Scout & Business Developer

You will be joining a world-leading technology company at their R&D site in Munich.

Responsibilities

• Actively research and explore external technological developments to stay ahead in the industry.
• Identify emerging trends, disruptive innovations, and cutting-edge solutions that align with the company’s research and development goals.
• Serve as a vital link between the company and external entities such as startups, research institutions, and industry experts, facilitating access to breakthrough technologies and knowledge.
• Ensure the company maintains a competitive advantage by sourcing technologies that enhance existing capabilities, foster innovation, and solidify the company’s leadership position.
• Adapt swiftly to changes in the technological landscape, tracking industry shifts and responding quickly to new opportunities or threats.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher, preferably in Physics or related fields.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in various technological principles and applications, including mechanics, optics, RF, CMF, and drives.
• Proven experience in managing technical collaborations with external partners.
• Background in consumer product development and a strong ability to provide technological insights.
• Ability to thrive in an agile and dynamic innovation project environment.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, with Chinese language skills as an advantage.
