IT Solution Architect

We are seeking a talented and experienced Solution Architect to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the strategic direction of our IT solutions. You will work closely with our IT teams and internal customers to assess business needs, design innovative solutions, and ensure successful implementation.

Responsibilities.

• Strategic Planning:
  • Evaluate business requirements and propose optimal IT solutions.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses.
  • Contribute to the development of long-term IT strategies.
• Solution Design:
  • Develop comprehensive solution designs, including architecture diagrams, data flows, and system integrations.
  • Ensure solutions align with industry best practices and organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to translate high-level designs into detailed specifications.
• Technical Leadership:
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Oversee the development and testing phases of projects.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and propose effective solutions.
• Stakeholder Management:
  • Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and IT teams.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Manage expectations and resolve conflicts.

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role.
• Deep understanding of IT architectures, including cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with open-source technologies.
• Knowledge of industry-standard IT frameworks and methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL).
• Certifications in relevant technologies or frameworks.
