Field Application Engineer (FAE) – Key Industrial Customers, Germany

Responsibilities:

• Visit key customers to identify and assess potential projects
• Provide expert technical support and build strong partnerships through effective communication
• Proactively recommend and promote Novosense products that align with customer needs
• Address customer technical issues by offering on-site application support and collaborating with internal teams
• Monitor the progress of customer projects and assist in executing business plans in collaboration with the sales team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical support role within the semiconductor industry
• Extensive experience supporting major industrial customers in Europe
• In-depth knowledge of Analog ICs, including isolators, drivers, sensors, etc.
• Professional, responsive, and solution-oriented approach to customer needs
• Proficiency in both the local language and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Quick learner, team-oriented, and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including headquarters
