FTTH Site Manager / Site Engineer

We are a leading provider of telecommunications services in Germany, and we’re looking for an experienced FTTH City SPOC/Site Engineer to play a key role in delivering broadband fiber optic networks across the country.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage FTTH network implementation projects from start to finish, including a typical work week of 4 days on-site and 1 day remote.
• Create construction progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building regulations.
• Verify that health and safety requirements are met on site.
• Act as the primary point of contact for municipalities regarding FTTH network projects.
• Participate in meetings with customers and internal teams.
• Examine dimensions and documentation to ensure accuracy.
• Approve completed work performed by subcontractors.
• Coordinate documentation and acceptance processes with the customer.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in telecommunications, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a project manager or site manager for fiber optic network expansion projects.
• Fluency in German and English languages.
• Willingness to travel and work on project sites.
• Valid driver’s license.
