Job Responsibilities:
Regional Operations Management:
Â
- Lead the operations and overall management of the branch company.
- Build and manage the regional core team, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with corporate objectives.
Customer Development:
Â
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly customer acquisition plans.
- Build relationships with key regional customers through visits and communication to establish the company as a qualified supplier.
Customer Relationship Management:
Â
- Foster trust and strong relationships with regional customers.
- Gain insight into customer project roadmaps and ensure the company’s involvement in early RFI (Request for Information) discussions.
- Order Management:
Â
- Secure orders by developing tailored pricing strategies and technical solutions based on customer needs.
- Ensure seamless execution and fulfilment of all orders.
Market Analysis:
Â
- Gather, analyze, and summarize customer data and market trends within the North American region to inform strategic decision-making.
- Risk and Complaint Management:
Â
- Proactively address potential customer complaints.
- Implement robust risk management measures to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Candidate Requirements:
Â
- Background in non-standard automation solutions or systems integration.
- Proven track record of working with automotive OEMs and a network of industry contacts.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent customer relationship-building skills, with an emphasis on trust and early project involvement.
- Analytical mindset for market and customer data interpretation.
- Effective problem-solving and risk mitigation skills.
