Senior Management Expert – E-Mobility (EV DC Charger)

Location: The Hague, Netherlands (Remote options negotiable; frequent travel required)

Position Overview:
Lead strategic direction and manage the product portfolio for electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions, focusing on DC fast chargers. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, developing product roadmaps, engaging in joint innovation projects, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Work closely with the R&D team to support product development and market alignment.

Key Responsibilities
Specialize in at least four of these six areas:

1. Market Analysis & Strategy:

   • Identify trends, evaluate business models, and recommend strategies for the DC EV charging market.
   • Monitor regulatory developments and market dynamics in Europe to align product strategies.

2. Product Development & Roadmap Planning:

   • Drive the design and planning of DC fast chargers and related technologies.
   • Collaborate with partners on product roadmaps and lead innovation projects.

3. Industry Representation:

   • Participate in standardization groups, consortia, and industry discussions.

4. Ecosystem Development:

   • Build partnerships with EV manufacturers, suppliers, and industry organizations to strengthen the ecosystem.

5. Customer Engagement & Marketing Support:

   • Support technical presentations, white papers, and industry events.
   • Assist the sales team with product-related technical expertise.

6. R&D Collaboration:

   • Define product requirements and oversee R&D projects.
   • Ensure seamless communication between product management and R&D, supporting testing and innovation integration.

Skills and Experience Requirements:

1. Strategic Thinking & Market Insight:

   • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and develop strategies.

2. Technical Expertise:

   • Proficiency in DC fast charging technologies and industry standards like OCPP, IEC-61851, and ISO-15118.

3. Marketing & Customer Interaction:

   • Experience in technical support and developing marketing initiatives for EV charging solutions.

4. Industry Knowledge:

   • Familiarity with EV charging trends, regulatory frameworks, and market dynamics in Europe.

Additional Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or a related field.
• Experience in the EV charging sector with a focus on DC chargers.
• Proficiency in Chinese is a significant advantage.
• Ability to travel frequently for work.
