EU Product Senior Management Expert – ICT Site Power

Location: Netherlands (Preferred; home office discussable, frequent travel required)

Position Overview:
Drive strategic direction and manage the product portfolio for ICT site power solutions, with a focus on 48V DC power systems and lithium batteries. Responsibilities include market analysis, product roadmap development, joint innovation, and representing the company in industry standards groups. Collaborate closely with R&D teams and ecosystem partners to deliver cutting-edge solutions aligned with market needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Specialize in at least four of these six areas:

1. Market Insight & Strategy Development:

   • Analyze trends, opportunities, and regulatory changes in the ICT site power sector.
   • Provide strategic recommendations and identify new business directions.

2. Product Development & Roadmap Planning:

   • Plan and manage the development of 48V DC power systems and lithium batteries.
   • Collaborate with teams and partners to execute product roadmaps aligned with technological advancements.

3. Industry Representation:

   • Represent the company in standardization groups and regulatory discussions.

4. Ecosystem Development:

   • Build partnerships with local power/lithium battery manufacturers and associations to foster a sustainable ecosystem.

5. Customer Engagement & Marketing Support:

   • Engage with customers, support technical presentations, and assist marketing activities.
   • Provide technical sales support to highlight product advantages.

6. R&D Collaboration & Work Management:

   • Define product specifications, oversee R&D projects, and ensure alignment with market goals.
   • Integrate new technologies into the product cycle, ensuring robust testing and innovation.

Experience and Skills:

1. Market Insight & Strategic Thinking:

   • Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities with experience in industry trends and business modeling.

2. Customer Engagement & Marketing:

   • Proven expertise in customer interaction, technical support, and leading marketing initiatives.

3. Technical Expertise:

   • In-depth knowledge of 48V DC power systems, ICT equipment, and lithium battery technologies.
   • Experience in R&D or product development in the ICT site power sector.

4. Industry Knowledge:

   • Familiarity with market trends, regulations, and key players in the European ICT site power industry.

Additional Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, science, or a related field.
• Frequent domestic and international travel.
• Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
• Experience with ICT site power products like rectifiers, lithium batteries, and power controllers.
• Background with key companies in the ICT site power industry
