Location: Germany/Netherlands preferred (No home office; frequent domestic/international business trips required)

Position Overview:

Responsible for managing the product portfolio of transformers in the EU region, focusing on:

• Insights into new business models, technologies, and market trends.
• Planning and development of new products and roadmaps.
• Leading joint innovation projects and representing in standard groups to establish industry leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Insight and Strategic Input:
2. Analyze industry trends, market opportunities, and standard changes.
3. Provide strategic feedback to headquarters, guiding new business directions and product strategies.
4. Familiarity with market insight methodologies.

5. Product and Roadmap Planning:
6. Lead development of new transformer solutions tailored to photovoltaic and energy storage scenarios.
7. Oversee roadmap planning and innovation project management, ensuring alignment with market demands.

8. Industry Leadership and Ecosystem Development:
9. Represent in standard-setting organizations and foster ecosystem development in regional markets.
10. Build partnerships to help lead the transformer industry.

11. Marketing and Sales Support:
12. Engage with customer experts to provide technical and strategic insights.
13. Support high-level marketing activities and offer technical assistance to the sales team.

Experience and Skill Requirements:

Technical Expertise:

• Strong R&D or product management experience with transformer solutions for photovoltaic and energy storage applications.
• Comprehensive knowledge of transformer technologies, industry trends, and applications.

Market Knowledge:

• Familiarity with the regulatory policies, market development directions, standard organizations, and equipment suppliers in key European markets.

• Exceptional market analysis, problem-solving, and strategic planning capabilities.
• Expertise in engaging with ecosystem partners and representing organizations in industry forums.

Additional Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, science, or related fields.
• Travel: Willingness to frequently travel within Europe and internationally.
• Language: Proficiency in Chinese (spoken, written, and reading) is a significant plus.
• Location: Based in Germany or the Netherlands preferred.
