Research Expert on AI for next generation Core Network

Responsibilities:
– Research next-gen Mobile Core Networks, focusing on AI integration, such as using AI for networks and networks for AI.  
– Drive innovation for AI-powered Core Networks, creating solutions for new scenarios and applications, leveraging cutting-edge AI like Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agents.  
– Develop and implement prototypes and proof-of-concept systems, emphasizing Core Network architectures and components.  

Qualifications:
– Strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, particularly in AI agents and LLMs.  
– 5+ years of AI research experience.  
– Hands-on experience designing AI models and applying them to real-world scenarios, optimizing performance through data organization, model architecture, training methods, and workflows.  
– In-depth understanding of LLM theory, architectures, pre-training, fine-tuning, and multi-modal model implementation.  
– Familiarity with techniques like model quantization, pruning, distillation, latency optimization, and transformer/diffusion structures.  
– Preferred candidates include authors of high-impact AI publications, competition winners, and contributors to notable open-source projects.  
– Experience leading model design and solution implementation in NLP/CV fields is a plus.  
– Proficiency in programming (Python/C++) and frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or MindSpore is an advantage.
