You will be joining a world-leading technology company at their R&D site in Munich.

 

Responsibilities

  • Market Strategy & Positioning: Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to strengthen the company’s position in the antenna industry.
  • Customer & Partner Collaboration: Engage with mobile network operators, internal teams, and external partners to identify needs, create solutions, and drive adoption.
  • Industry Insights & Product Development: Analyze market trends and customer requirements to guide product roadmaps and ensure competitive offerings.
  • Technical Solution Promotion: Support sales teams by presenting antenna technologies, addressing technical concerns, and identifying innovation opportunities.
  • Standardization & Industry Involvement: Contribute to shaping industry standards and positioning the company as a leader in the field.
  • Global Business Expansion: Build and nurture long-term partnerships, supporting international growth initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, ideally with a specialization in RF or electromagnetics.
  • Experience in technical sales, marketing, or business development within the antenna or telecommunications industry.
  • Strong understanding of mobile network operator needs and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience managing international projects and coordinating with global teams.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (up to 30%).
  • Must be based in Munich when not traveling.
