Pre-Sales Solution Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Pre-Sales Solution Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and extensive experience in pre-sales activities, particularly in the automotive welding and automation industry. This role involves working closely with clients to design and optimize solutions, manage bidding processes, and ensure successful project handovers. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Communication:
Conduct technical exchanges and presentations with clients during the initial stages of projects.
Understand client requirements and provide tailored technical solutions.
Solution Design & Optimization:
Design and optimize project solutions to meet client needs and industry standards.
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
Bidding Management:
Lead the preparation and submission of project bids, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to develop competitive proposals.
Post-Bid Handover:
Oversee the transfer of technical documentation and solutions after winning bids.
Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams during project execution.
Standardization & Cost Management:
Contribute to the development of standard solution libraries and cost databases.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.
Process Design & Optimization:
Design and optimize manufacturing processes, focusing on efficiency and quality.
Implement ergonomic and safety solutions for workstations and loading points.
Leadership & Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
Additional Duties:
Perform other tasks as assigned by leadership to support organizational goals.

Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Work Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar pre-sales or technical role.
Proven experience in the automotive welding or automation industry.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of welding processes, automation systems, and industry standards.
Proficiency in 2D and 3D design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
Language Proficiency:
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
Ability to adapt to short-term overseas business trips.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
