Senior Homologation Engineer
Strategy and Research
As a proven professional you will be required to provide strategic analysis on the regulations in all markets that client’s plan to operate and report status on regular basis.
Requirements
-
BS/MS or above in Science/Engineering or a related discipline
-
Minimum of three years’ R&D experience in relevant industries
-
Good understanding of automotive regulations around the world
-
Experience in regulation analysis and homologation process
-
Automotive industry experience is preferable
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the certification strategy for client’s overseas markets, including local homologation requirements
-
Liaise with certification test services and test authorities
-
Lead homologation planning for system approvals and arrangements for testing
-
Help the company to develop new products that are suitable for worldwide markets
-
Work closely with client’s headquarter and the UK and EU organisations related to homologations
-
Support the development of the company’s Oversea Marketing Strategies
Other Features
- Primary location will be at Birmingham Business Park
-
Travel may be required but depends on project requirement
