Principal LLM Researcher – AIOps

As a Principal LLM Researcher in the AIOps (AI for IT Operations) domain, you’ll develop Large Language Model (LLM) applications to enhance cloud services and user experience management. The role focuses on cutting-edge AI and data analytics research to address complex challenges in DevOps, service operations, and experience optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• LLM Development: Apply hands-on experience with LLMs in real-world projects, including multi-agent LLM systems.
• AI Optimization: Use AI and optimization algorithms to develop scalable solutions for AIOps, user behavior analysis, and public opinion analytics.
• Research & Development: Work independently and collaboratively to deliver research PoCs and translate research into production trials for business impact.
• System Design: Design and develop system components to implement AI solutions in production environments.
• Research Contribution: Publish research findings and engage with the AI research community.

Requirements:

• PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related fields, or equivalent experience in AI/data analysis for real-world applications.
• Strong coding skills (e.g., Python).
• Experience in cloud service management, user experience optimization, or user behaviour analysis is a plus.
