International Sales Manager – Japan Market

Location: Tokyo, Japan

Company Overview:

Giada, a globally leading AIoT solutions provider under Shenzhen JIEHE Technology, specializes in embedded PCs, digital signage players, industrial motherboards, and edge AI computing. We serve customers in 80+ countries, offering powerful products with a commitment to ESG and durable design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute market entry and growth strategies for Giada’s products in Japan.

  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with local distributors, resellers, and enterprise clients.

  • Achieve revenue and margin goals through direct and indirect sales channels.

  • Lead negotiations, manage contract processes, and provide post-sales support when needed.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (FAE, product, R&D) for technical support and customized solutions.

  • Participate in trade shows, seminars, and customer visits to promote Giada’s brand.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in hardware or AIoT/embedded solutions.

  • Deep understanding of Japanese business culture and customer relationship management.

  • Native-level Japanese and professional English required.

  • Existing network of channel partners and/or vertical clients (e.g., retail, kiosk, transportation) is a strong plus.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
