Role Overview

As a Principal Technical Lead for Digital Circuitry, you will champion the evolution and application of frameworks and approaches within the domain of digital intellectual property development.

Responsibilities

• Significantly contribute to the strategic direction of embedded logic design.
• Collaborate within a team focused on foundational elements, processes, and automation for integrated circuit conceptualization, creation, and validation.
• Foster and promote novel thinking across internal and external collaborative efforts related to IP design.
• Monitor and proactively respond to emerging trends, both internal and external.
• Guide and challenge new concepts, carefully balancing risks and opportunities to facilitate effective decision-making.
• Engage effectively with technical teams and interact with senior management and their technical leadership.

Essential Requirements

• A degree in a technical or scientific discipline.
• Extensive experience (15+ years) in the field of embedded logic development, specifically in IP design.
• A deep understanding of embedded logic development methodologies and workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to architect sophisticated digital circuits targeting optimized performance characteristics and a thorough understanding of system-on-chip integration pathways.
• Proven ability to resolve complex technical challenges through proactive engagement with expert networks and to leverage variations for continuous improvement.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly convey ideas and proposals both verbally and in writing, and the capacity to influence stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple tasks and priorities.
• A solid understanding of mixed-signal integrated circuit design and incorporation.
• Proficiency in English is essential.
