IFM Coordinator
IFM Coordinator
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and a consistent upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist management to the company by handling a variety of office facilities tasks and the project management.
The ideal successful candidates should be professional, attentive with a good understanding of processes and an attention to detail. They should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly and be responsible for the result. The successful candidate must be a team player comfortable with computers, including computer software such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word as well as proficient in both business English written and verbal communication. In short the role would best suit a result-oriented, experienced, resourceful all-rounder. However most importantly, she/ he should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others.
Key Responsibilities:
We are currently recruiting for an IFM Co-Ordinator, to join the team at Cambridge, Science Park. The successful candidate will support the IFM Manager & Admin team in delivering a proactive administration model to support the development of the contract across all services. ?
- IFM supplier/contractor communication (Campus/Office). Responsibilities include but are not limited to the daily contract management, daily operation communication with site team and IFM suppliers.
- Assisting with Tenants management, including the lease contract management, service fee management (inc. the utility fee), daily communication, dispute management, and facility management
- Assisting with Project management of campus/office, e.g. the office decoration project, office relocation project, other small renovation projects, etc.
- Assisting with Supplier management including contract management, KPI management, cooperation relationship management and so on.
- Office environment management, including space management and daily operations of each office, track the repair requests and monitor the progress till full delivery of the service. Ensure all the PPMs are scheduled correctly and carried out on time to meet requirements.
Person Specification:
Required:
-
- IFM coordinator/ Assistant experienced no less than 1 year.
- Supplier management or team management experience no less than 1 years.
- Good communication ability.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken);
- Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- Team spirit, openness for an international environment;
- Result-driven attitude;
- Well-organized and structured working style.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines
- Flexible and willing to adapt to changing business needs.
Desired:

- Relevant background or specialized qualification in Facility and/or Construction Management
- Relevant EHS qualifications
- RE related qualifications preferred.
- Language skills: Predominately English, However candidates that can also speak Mandarin, would be of great interest.
