EU product management expert of C&I (Commercial & Industry)
Responsible for C&I market strategy and product portfolio management in EU, including

• Products
• The new business model/new technology/new market trend insight for the C&I products , including optimizer, inverter and C&I battery storage system:
• New product and roadmap planning, and Joint innovation project management.
• Communicate with the Industry organization, including super market ,Logistics, manufacturing, agriculture, commercial , to get the original requirements and help Huawei lead the industry
• Represent Huawei in standard group, setup the Eco-system in regional markets to help Huawei lead the industry

 Experience and Skill Requirements:

• Market insight capabilities, including analysis of industry and technology trends, opportunities, new business models, key account strategies, and standard changes. Provide strategic comments to headquarter, and lead new business directions. Be familiar with the market insight methodology.
• Marketing competency, including interacts with customer experts, support some key and high level marketing activities and do technical support for the sales team.
• Expertise in power electronics, automation , inverter and energy storage. Have experience in energy industries such as photovoltaic, energy storage, Have R&D or Testing experience of related products, be familiar with products and solutions.
• Understand the development trend of the energy industry, and be familiar with the policies, market development direction, industry/standard organizations, and equipment suppliers of each country.

 Other Requirements:

• Bachelor or higher in engineering or science
• Adapt to frequent domestic or international business trips
• Location: Germany/Netherlands/xxxx
• speak/read/write Chinese is a big plus
• Home office not allowed
• Familiar with optimizer, inverter , energy storage system and C&I industry
