Senior Camera ISP Color Reproduction Scientist
Responsibilities
- Working closely with related teams to creating proposals for future imaging solutions in the domain of color reproduction based on customer requirements and shortcomings of existing solutions
- Define end2end color management evolving roadmap and be responsible for constant competitiveness of product in color domain
- Propose efficient HW IP/SOC solutions based on analysis taking into account power/performance/area/latency/picture quality.
- • Drive end-to-end validation of color innovations, from conceptualization to prototype implementation and performance benchmarking, to steer algorithm development strategy.
- • Keep track of SOTA color reproduction algorithm applicable to embedded systems, image processing or video processing algorithm
- • Drive professional-grade video color ecosystem development: architect cross-industry collaboration frameworks to establish mobile-to-studio color management standards, enabling seamless integration of products with cinema production workflows.
Requirements
- Master/PhD degree with 10+ years of industry experience in mobile imaging
- Detailed understanding of mobile imaging systems & module designs (image sensors, optics, mechanics, auto-focus, optical image stabilization, assembly processes, etc).
- Good knowledge of state of the art ISP data-flows and processing blocks.
- Experience with modern imaging color algorithms such as AWB, color correction, spectral imaging, multi-camera fusion and etc.
- Working knowledge of imaging system simulations and evaluation of simulation results.
- Ability to work autonomously but also with technical experts and mentor juniors.
- Root cause analysis and problem solving skills
- Result driven, excellent communication skills, work in multi-cultural multi-site environment.
