Are you an experienced Senior Principal Digital Design Architect ready to lead the charge in Digital IP Design? We’re seeking a visionary to define and deploy cutting-edge processes and methodologies in this critical field.
As a key leader, you’ll be instrumental in shaping our Ethernet Networking IP for the Microcontroller Division. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and specifying state-of-the-art Ethernet Networking IP.
- Transforming real-world application requirements into innovative system architecture components.
- Driving strategic HW and SW architecture partitioning decisions.
- Significantly contributing to our IP strategy, identifying exploitation opportunities in the field.
- Owning requirements management and trace activities, ensuring meticulous execution.
- Identifying, evaluating, and driving innovation ideas that push the boundaries.
- Proactively developing and strengthening relationships with top management.
Essential Requirements
- A University Degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).
- A minimum of 15 years of relevant working experience.
- Deep technical expertise in Ethernet, specifically within the automotive sector.
- A proven ability to solve complex, critical problems by leveraging expert networks and transforming challenges into opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling you to clearly articulate your ideas and proposals, both verbally and in writing, and influence stakeholders effectively.
- Exceptional time management and prioritization skills, allowing you to thrive in a multi-tasking environment.
