As a Technology Expert – Articial Intelligence IDE, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping the future of software development.. You’ll drive innovation in our Integrated Development Environments (IDEs), leveraging advanced AI and AIGC (AI-Generated Content) to make coding simpler, smarter, and more efficient for developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Innovate IDE Frameworks: Continuously break new ground in IDE frameworks and technologies, focusing on enhancing developer experience, boosting productivity, and expanding developer ecosystem.
• Define Next-Gen IDEs: Explore and define the future of intelligent IDEs, enhancing multi-modal interaction and distributed development for various scenarios, and building robust AI-driven development capabilities (AI4SE).
• Advance Intelligent Development: Lead research and breakthroughs in intelligent development within new developer ecosystems, tackling complex AI-assisted R&D challenges and bringing key technical advancements into our products.
• Collaborate and Strategize: Partner with leading global universities and labs, contributing to industry trend analysis, solution architecture, and implementation to build core competitive advantages in our software IDEs.

Essential Requirements

• Experience: Several years of experience in software engineering and AIGC, with a track record of leading design and development for well-known software engineering toolchain products (e.g., Cursor, VSCode, IDEA, Copilot).
• AI/Big Data Expertise: Strong understanding of AI and big data theories and technologies, including NLP, machine learning, and big data analysis. Experience with data mining, information retrieval, semantic understanding, or recommendation systems is a plus. Experience implementing code generation with large models is highly preferred.
• Industry Insight: A keen eye for cutting-edge industry technologies in software engineering and AIGC, with a proactive approach to innovation and the ability to translate ideas into practical solutions.
• Collaboration & Execution: Excellent execution, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams to drive product solution implementation.
• Leadership (Preferred): Experience in technical management within large teams is a plus.
