About the Role:
A leading tech innovator is looking for a Baseband System and AI Expert to develop AI-driven solutions for next-generation wireless products. This role combines system-level architecture, AI algorithm development, and cross-functional collaboration to shape the future of wireless baseband systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and define AI applications and features for wireless baseband systems

• Develop simulation environments and evaluate radio performance impacts

• Translate AI research into system requirements and architectural designs

• Collaborate with algorithm, hardware, software, and system teams to drive technical studies

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in wireless communications (e.g., 3GPP NR PHY)

• Strong background in AI for RAN and system-level wireless simulations

• Proficiency in C/C++, Python, MATLAB

• Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

Preferred:

• Innovation-driven mindset with a strategic vision

• Experience working in international, multicultural environments

• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)

Additional Information:

• Role based in Kista or Lund, Sweden

• Occasional travel within Europe and to Asia is expected
