Board-level power supply architecture lead engineer

A leading global technology company headquartered in China is seeking a highly skilled Board-level Power Supply Architecture Lead Engineer to join their team. This company is renowned for its innovative solutions in information and communications technology (ICT) infrastructure and devices, serving customers in over 170 countries and regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the R&D of board power solutions for ICT products such as routers, switches, and ARM servers.

• Innovate the architecture of the next-generation power supply system.
• Achieve the optimal power supply performance, power density, and energy consumption of 2000A VRM high-consumption chip power supplies.
• Lead the innovation of the power supply system architecture of the CPU/ASIC core power supply to achieve 2000 A low-voltage and high-current power supply.
• Undertake the R&D of the CPU high-current power supply network and gain insights into new technologies for key power components such as PMIC, DRMOS, inductor, and PDN.
• Explore high-current backside power supply technology and undertake the board-level backside power supply architecture and solution technology development project.
• Explore board-level power supply solutions with higher integration and efficiency.

Requirements

• 8 years of design experience in low-voltage, high-current power system design for CPU/ASIC.

• Familiarity with non-linear control logic, low-power consumption design, current sampling, or current sharing design of the power supply.
• Knowledge of end-to-end system design for high-current power solutions, including PMIC development, high-frequency inductor design, power delivery network, or high-frequency modular design.
