Cloud Sales Management Specialist
Main Responsibilities:
- Sales Project Operations:
Organize key project analysis and review meetings, conduct accountability sessions for unsuccessful projects, and recognize outstanding ones. Identify risks and issues promptly, ensuring standardization and compliance in sales project operations. - Revenue Forecasting & Management:
Regularly monitor revenue forecasts, track execution, identify risks, and provide timely alerts. - Customer Business Management:
Enhance customer-facing sales capabilities, support efficient sales and customer business operations, and facilitate informed decision-making. - Digital Operations Platform Development:
Lead efforts to build and refine digital operations platforms, propose improvements, and assist in development, testing, and promotion.
Requirements:
- Skills:
Strong data and information analysis abilities, experience in sales project management and customer relationship management, and effective communication skills. - Professional Knowledge:
- Proficient in basic IT knowledge and Office tools.
- Understanding of sales and customer business processes.
- Basic knowledge of risk and project management.
- Ability to proactively communicate and promote problem resolution.
- Fluent in Mandarin for effective communication and documentation.
