Cloud Server Operations Expert

We are seeking a Cloud Server Operations Expert to develop and optimize the operational strategies for our cloud server infrastructure. This role is essential in ensuring that our server capabilities align with service demands and function seamlessly throughout their lifecycle. You will be responsible for guiding the end-to-end operational process, including fault prediction, risk management, and post-construction process systems to ensure maximum efficiency and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive operational strategies for cloud servers, ensuring alignment with various service requirements and guidelines. Guide the integration of software capabilities to support these services effectively.
• Lifecycle Management: Lead the development of operational capabilities throughout the server lifecycle, including fault prediction, risk identification, and ongoing maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Post-Construction Process Systems: Oversee the entire post-construction phase by guiding the processes involved in spare parts acquisition, software support, and maintenance protocols to ensure long-term efficiency and stability.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance server operations through process improvements, technology adoption, and proactive risk management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cloud server operations and lifecycle management.
• Expertise in developing and implementing operational strategies for large-scale server infrastructures.
• Strong understanding of risk management, fault prediction, and maintenance systems.
