We’re seeking a motivated and organized Cybersecurity and Privacy Specialist to join our dynamic support team. You’ll play a vital role in safeguarding our organization’s assets and ensuring compliance with critical privacy regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining compliance with data protection laws.
• Be the first line of defense, reviewing and prioritizing security & privacy inquiries.
• Understand security protocols and respond to potential threats.
• Route requests to the right specialists for in-depth investigation.
• Craft reports and presentations to keep everyone informed.
• Collaborate across teams to effectively resolve security & privacy issues.
• Stay on top of emerging cybersecurity trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) a plus, but strong skills and experience are valued.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• A sharp mind for analyzing and interpreting security information.
• Familiarity with information security principles and IT/networking concepts.
• Understanding of data protection regulations (like GDPR) is a benefit.
• Proficiency with email, ticketing tools, and common office software.
