Location: Netherlands (Preferred; remote options negotiable)

Position Overview:
Lead strategic planning and ecosystem development for the digital power management system business in Europe. Key responsibilities include industry trend analysis, ecosystem partner relationship building, and the execution of key cooperation projects within the photovoltaic (PV) and new energy sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Industry Insight:
2. Monitor market trends, policy changes, and industry dynamics in the new energy sector.
3. Provide strategic insights to support market opportunities and mitigate policy risks.

4. Strategic Planning:
5. Develop and refine industry strategies and ecological development plans.

6. Partner Ecosystem Development:
7. Build and maintain relationships with industry regulators and partners.
8. Identify and onboard ecosystem partners while maintaining a resource pool and partner capability map.

9. Cooperation Project Execution:
10. Plan and execute FusionSolar management system cooperation projects in Europe.
11. Negotiate agreements, align partner resources, and promote third-party cooperation implementation.

Required Experience and Skills:

1. Work Experience:
2. Minimum of 5 years in new energy, software, cloud, or consumer devices with a focus on ecosystem development.

3. Industry Knowledge:
4. Experience in PV, software, or cloud technologies with an understanding of market trends, competition, and regulations.

5. Skills & Competence:
6. Strong negotiation, communication, and teamwork abilities.
7. Data analysis, problem-solving, and report-writing expertise.
8. Creative mindset with an ability to identify and propose innovative industry solutions.

Additional Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, management, economics, law, or related fields.
• Frequent domestic and international travel.
• Proficiency in Chinese is a significant advantage.
• Connections within the PV or related industries are preferred.
