Expert – Lithography Equipment Operation & Maintenance

You will be joining a world-leading technology company at their manufacturing technology centre in Weilheim (greater Munich).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of lithography module equipment, including technical assessment and selection, introduction, phase-in, hook-up, tuning, and maintenance.
• Manage the development of equipment capabilities and team growth, structuring and expanding the team to boost competitiveness in equipment technology.
• Provide insights and strategic planning for manufacturing equipment to ensure alignment with industry trends and the advancement of key equipment technologies.
• Manage upgrades, modifications, and second-source substitutions of equipment to enhance efficiency, stability, and throughput while addressing major technology issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline within the semiconductor industry.
• More than 12 years of experience in semiconductor lithography equipment introduction or development. Experience with SiC and silicon product introduction or production is preferred.
• Proven success in mass production in leading industry factories is highly beneficial.
• Deep understanding of 8-inch and 12-inch PR coaters, lithography machines, and developing machines.
• Proficiency with lithography machines from mainstream equipment suppliers in the industry.
• Ability to independently manage equipment transformation, improvement, and problem-solving for online machines and products.
• Experience in training new employees and leading team members to meet scheduled objectives. Experience in team development and technology management is preferred.
• Hands-on approach and openness to working in a cross-cultural environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in German and/or Chinese is a plus.
• Willing to travel for international business trips or delegations.
