FTTH Project Manager

We are a leading provider of telecommunications services in Germany, and we’re looking for an experienced FTTH Project Manager to play a key role in delivering fiber optic networks across the country.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage FTTH network implementation projects, utilizing resources to meet KPIs defined in terms of timeline, cost, and quality.
• Define clear and efficient working procedures with customers (operators), internal teams, and subcontractors.
• Organize regular meetings (both internal and external) to report progress and conduct reviews.
• Address escalations and solve problems that may arise during project execution.
• Manage communication and expectations of both external and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee project acceptance processes with customers and subcontractors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in telecommunications, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience as a program/project manager for access network and FTTH rollout projects in Germany.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Fluency in German and English languages.
• Willingness to travel when necessary.
