About the Role
As our first Go-To-Market (GTM) / Business Analytics hire, you will focus on driving business growth by analyzing and extracting insights from internal datasets. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to evaluate key questions, leverage data for problem-solving, and strategize on business growth initiatives. 

Responsibilities

• Understand business operations and conduct in-depth analyses on business and GTM queries.
• Identify, develop, and monitor key performance indicators to assess business performance.
• Create and maintain various reports and dashboards using SQL.
• Address ongoing analytics needs of key stakeholders and deliver actionable, data-driven recommendations.
• Design and implement data experiments to uncover business growth opportunities.
• Maintain and optimize our Business Intelligence tool, currently using Metabase.
• Support internal and external reporting requirements.
• Create and maintain documentation to facilitate effective collaboration and onboarding for future team members.
• Ensure data quality and integrity through thorough quality assurance processes.

Ideal Candidate Profile
You would be an ideal candidate if you have:

• 4+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, data science, or related fields (bonus: experience with revenue/sales/GTM analytics and operations).
• Expertise in SQL (required) and Python/R (preferred).
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization/BI tools.
• Experience with dbt (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present data insights with business acumen.
