Hearing Technology Expert
Hearing Technology Expert
Main Responsibilities:
- Researching and developing algorithms related to audiology, including but not limited to sound signal processing, hearing model construction, and the application of speech recognition in audiology, to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of hearing diagnostics and rehabilitation technologies.
- Staying updated on international advancements in audiology algorithm and technology trends, and regularly presenting the technical reports to provide references for adjusting the team’s research direction and driving technological innovation. Actively proposing innovative ideas and solutions to maintain the company’s competitiveness in audiology algorithm research.
- Working closely with cross-disciplinary teams, including audiologists and engineers, to integrate audiology expertise with algorithmic technology, ensuring the feasibility and practicality of the developed algorithms in over-the-counter applications
Qualifications and Detailed Requirements:
- D.Sc. degree in signal processing, auditory perception, acoustics or related fields
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in hearing aid development or audiology algorithm research.
- In-depth understanding of human auditory system and perception
- Experience of audiology and related technical and clinical applications
