Main Tasks

  • Assist the HRBP in handling overall HR affairs, such as recruitment, people entry and exit management, visa application and processing, etc.
  • Provide statistical support for human resources work (e.g. collect information, archive documents, handle formalities.).
  • Manage the interview process, including arranging interviews for new candidates
  • Conduct onboard or exit formalities for employees, issue HR operational documents (e.g. contracts of employment, employment-related letters)
  •  Identify risks and issues referring to HR operation (including policies, processes, and IT systems) during the process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in HRM-related studies
  • At least 1 year working experience in HR or administration is preferred
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of Chinese and English; German is considered an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Computer Skills (Word, Excel, PPT) and PS
  • Proficient in Chinese/English
