HR Specialist
HR Specialist – 12-Month Contract
Location: Dublin, Ireland Onsite, 5 days/week (7.5 hours/day)
Salary: Negotiable based on experience
Contract: 12 months
Benefits: 25 days annual leave + 10 bank holidays
Eligibility:
- Candidates must hold a Stamp 4, EU Residency, or relevant local experience.
- Stamp 1G visa holders within the 2-year mark are also considered.
- Mandarin proficiency is desirable.
About the Role
Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join their People & Culture team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the HR Director and Core Business Departments, supporting key HR functions on an international scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for employees.
- Maintain and update HR systems with accurate employee records.
- Serve as the primary HR point of contact, assisting employees with documentation such as mortgage applications, employer and landlord references, and salary increase letters.
- Provide HR reporting and data analysis to support HR and departmental decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with HR documentation and record-keeping best practices.
- Take an active role in the OEC Committee, driving internal HR initiatives and engagement activities.
- Support career development, training coordination, and performance management processes.
- Assist in healthcare benefits renewal, salary benchmarking, and the rollout of new employee benefit schemes.
- Ensure smooth administration of compensation and benefits documentation.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including screening CVs, conducting HR interviews, and issuing employment contracts.
- Act as a witness or scribe during HR investigations or disciplinary procedures.
• Provide basic employment law guidance to employees and managers.
Qualifications:
- A degree or diploma in Human Resources, CIPD qualification, or equivalent work experience.
- One to two years of experience in an HR Administrator, Coordinator, or Generalist role.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with an interest in HR data reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple HR tasks in a fast-paced environment.
