IAM Developer – Onboarding / Sailpoint

Responsibilities

• Translate functional and non-functional requirements into robust IAM solutions for application onboarding, aligning with business and IT standards.
• Provide accurate effort estimations for sprint planning.
• Develop and configure new IGA functionalities, adhering to architectural principles and strategic IAM goals.
• Champion standardization and automation initiatives.
• Actively participate in all Scrum ceremonies.
• Ensure accurate implementation and validation of designed capabilities.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with stakeholders, fostering knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Essential Requirements

• 6+ years of IAM experience, with 3+ years specializing in IGA (SailPoint or similar), particularly application onboarding.
• Proficiency in scripting/programming (Java, Beanshell, JavaScript).
• Extensive integration experience with SailPoint, including LDAP, web services (REST/SOAP), SCIM, databases, SaaS applications (OKTA), Workday, and SAP Suite.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Azure, and Linux servers.
• Strong understanding of entitlement/authorization management.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction and requirement gathering.
• Proven experience in Agile environments.
• A proactive approach to identifying process improvements.
• Solid knowledge of security technologies and best practices.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• A highly motivated, self-directed work ethic.
