We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced Scrum Master to join the Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain, where this company are committed to delivering best-in-class automated solutions for Directory, IGA, AM, PAM, and Cryptography. As a Scrum Master, you’ll play a crucial role in empowering talented DevOps teams to achieve their full potential and deliver exceptional value to our stakeholders.

Responsiblities

• Servant Leadership & Facilitation: Embody servant leadership principles, fostering a culture of mutual respect, transparency, and recognition within one or two Agile teams.
• Team Coaching & Development: Guide your teams towards higher levels of Agile and DevOps maturity, empowering them to continuously improve.
• Scrum Event Management: Organize and facilitate all Scrum events, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
• Impediment Removal: Proactively identify and remove obstacles, enabling your teams to focus on delivering value.
• PI Commitment & Focus: Help teams balance “run responsibilities” with the delivery of Program Increment (PI) commitments.
• Automation & Process Improvement: Drive relentless automation of repetitive tasks and champion continuous process and technical improvement.
• Cross-Team Coordination: Ensure seamless coordination between teams within the Agile Release Train (ART).
• Guardrails & Definition of Done: Uphold adherence to established guardrails and the Definition of Done.
• Accountability & Ownership: Foster a culture of accountability, empowering teams to take ownership of technical issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile/SAFe environment.
• Multiple years of experience in IT within a corporate organization.
• Strong understanding of Agile and SAFe principles and practices.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Essential: PSM/CSM I certification.
• Essential: Valid work permit for The Netherlands.
• Preferred: MSc. degree in Information Technology, Data Science, or equivalent.
• Preferred: Knowledge and/or experience with Identity and Access Management.
• Preferred: PSM II or A-CSM certification.
• Preferred: Agile and/or SAFe and other leadership certifications.
