Key Account Manager – Seating
(Senior) Key Account Manager – Complete Seats
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Key Account Manager to oversee and manage client relationships within the automotive seating sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, driving business growth, and managing the complete seats product line for key accounts.
Key Responsibilities

Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, managing all aspects of the client relationship to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow the account, introducing new products and services that align with client needs and company objectives.

Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production, quality) to ensure timely delivery of products and solutions that meet client specifications and expectations.

Financial Oversight: Monitor account performance, ensuring profitability and adherence to budgetary goals.

Customer Satisfaction: Proactively address client concerns and challenges, providing solutions that enhance customer experience and loyalty.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 5Â years in key account management within the automotive industry, with a focus on seating systems.

Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in automotive engineering or management are a plus.

Language: Proficiency in English and German is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of automotive seating systems, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience working with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers in the automotive sector
