Position Overview

As the Lead Machine Learning Engineer, you will spearhead the development of cutting-edge AI solutions for customer support automation. You will have the unique opportunity to build and lead our machine learning team, working on innovative projects that directly influence our product and customer experience.

This is a hybrid position with the team onsite in San Francisco in a hybrid fashion.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning and AI
• Strong expertise in NLP and large language models
• Full-stack ML skills, from model training to deployment
• Proficiency in Python, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
• Experience with AWS services
• A solid background in startup environments
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills

Nice-to-Haves

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
• Experience in customer experience (CX) or support automation
• Deep understanding of Generative AI applications in business contexts
• Prior experience as a technical co-founder or early startup employees

Responsibilities
