Legal Counsel OR Senior Legal Counsel

The position gives daily advice to product, compliance teams, and the management in relation to the DSA, the DMA, IP, consumer protection, NIS2 and other EU and national laws related to digital mobile and smart car services. This also involves routine contract drafting, negotiation and review, and handling of consumer complaints and law enforcement requests.
The position reports to the company’s General Counsel.
Qualifications:

• Qualified in Ireland (preferred), the UK or an EU membership state
• Minimum two-years’ postgraduate work experience; a law firm experience is a plus
• Good communications skills and able to work in a very international environment
• Good at multitasking and planning; able to handle pressure
• Good curiosity and willingness to learn new ideas and new areas of business and law
• Full professional proficiency in English – required; Spanish – a high plus
