They are seeking a highly skilled Machine Vision Engineer to join their innovative team. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to optimize the performance of machine vision systems and ensure customer success through comprehensive support and collaboration.
Position Overview: This is a full-time remote position based in South Carolina, United States, with occasional travel required to support client projects. The Machine Vision Engineer will play a key role in delivering technical solutions, providing training, and ensuring the continuous optimization of machine vision systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gain an in-depth understanding of the company’s machine vision products and AI-driven application methods.
• Optimize the optical and algorithmic performance of machine vision systems to meet client requirements.
• Conduct product training sessions and demonstrations for both internal teams and external clients.
• Showcase the capabilities and value of the machine vision solutions through practical examples and case studies.
• Provide continuous technical support to clients to ensure the reliable operation of machine vision systems.
• Troubleshoot issues remotely and, when necessary, on-site to resolve performance challenges.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical support, sales, and product development, to deliver excellent customer service.
• Act as a liaison between clients and the internal development team to ensure client feedback is integrated into future product enhancements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven hands-on experience with machine vision technologies, including system integration, image processing, and project deployment.
• Familiarity with AI-based vision systems and machine learning concepts is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, colleagues, and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 25%) to client sites and company events as needed.
• Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
