Partner Solutions Architect

You’re a Partner Solutions Architect with excellent technical, communication, and organizational skills, previous experience in cloud platform and infrastructure products, combined with experience and deep knowledge of software as a service (SaaS). Your expertise and presentation skills will be on display as you engage with partners to understand their business and technical requirements, and persuasively present practical and useful solutions the cloud.
In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with the Partner team to provide technical consulting, coordination, and problem solving to technology partners and ISVs who build on or integrate with the company’s Cloud

Key Responsibilities

• Work with Partner Development Managers to identify and recruit technology partners.
• Travel to partner sites, conferences, and other related events as required.
• Engage and work hands-on with partner technical representatives to incorporate their existing solutions, or develop partners to build solutions that maximize advantages of using the cloud. Help partners to acquire appropriate skills, or complement their skills, so they can effectively use cloud technologies.
• Advise on integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms and application infrastructure required to successfully implement a complete solution, providing “best practice” advice to customers and partners to optimize  effectiveness.
• Act as a technical advocate within the company for our cloud technology partners and provide feedback from the field to Engineering teams
• Provide in-depth application development and deployment expertise to support the technical relationship with partners, including product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and partner directly with product management to prioritize solutions impacting partner adoption.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with cloud computing (e.g. public/private clouds, compute/storage/networking, Software/Platform/Infrastructure-as-a-Service).
• With strong knowledge of Big Data/ AI/ Machine Learning.
• Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment concepts.
• Fluent in Turkish/English, excellent communication skills.

Preferred qualifications

• Demonstrated record of working in a similar position (e.g. Technical Sales Engineer, Partner Engineer, etc) in a cloud computing environment or equivalent experience in a customer and/or partner-facing role (including working as a member of a Professional Services, Solutions Architect or Systems Engineering team).
• Experience with developing scalable architectures using API management, microservice frameworks (i.e. Spring Cloud, Istio), container orchestration systems (i.e. Kubernetes, Cloud Foundry, Docker) and networking concepts including: routing, VPNs, load balancers and firewalls.
• Programming experience in one of the following languages: Python, Java or Go. Experience implementing tools to improve software building toolchains and to ease integration of 3rd party solutions.
• Developer operations experience in automated IT infrastructure (e.g. Chef or Puppet) and cloud application monitoring and debugging tools.

• Highly motivated with the ability to thrive in a fluid, demanding and fast-paced environment
• Additional European languages would be a plus
• Ability to manage partnerships finding the balance between tactical trading and strategic direction whilst delivering the Profit and Loss.
• Ability to clarify and summarize challenges in verbal and written form to shape executive engagement.
• Experience with Data Analytics, excellent analytical skills will be a plus.
• With strong knowledge of AI/ Big data/ Machine Learning/ Blockchain will be a plus.
• Highly motivated with the ability to thrive in a fluid, demanding and fast-paced environment
• Additional European languages would be a plus, French.
