• The new business model/new technology/new market trend insight
• New product and roadmap planning, and Joint innovation project management.
• Responsible for covering the competitiveness of product solutions in the European region
• Represent client in the standard group, setup the Eco-system in regional markets to help lead the industry

Professional Knowledge

• Expertise in power electronics, automation and Smart PV. Have experience in energy industries. Have R&D or Testing experience of related products, be familiar with products and solutions.
• Experience in product management, product development, and product solutions for photovoltaic inverters, photovoltaic energy storage, DC EV chargersAC EV chargers, micro-inverters, Power converters, etc. will be given priority
• Understand the development trend of the energy industry, and be familiar with the policies, market development direction, industry/standard organizations, and equipment suppliers of each country.

Business Skills

• Market insight capabilities, including analysis of industry and technology trends, opportunities, new business models, key account strategies, and standard changes. Provide strategic comments to headquarter, and lead new business directions. Be familiar with the market insight methodology.
• Especially in the photovoltaic industry, photovoltaic energy storage industry, in the home smart photovoltaic, commercial and small-scale industrial and commercial related workers will be preferred.
• Marketing competency, including interacts with customer experts, support some key and high level marketing activities and do technical support for the sales team.
