Planning and Operation Specialist ( Contractor)

Responsibilities:

1. Support the planning and operation of EMEA data centres and network resources by adjusting delivery plans as needed and identifying sales opportunities to enhance resource utilization.
2. Monitor and track the implementation of cost-reduction initiatives for network and data centre operations across EMEA sites. Provide regular operational reports to key stakeholders.
3. Collaborate regularly with market teams to understand infrastructure demands, develop optimization plans, and ensure their successful execution. Assist in organizing and maintaining infrastructure planning documentation to improve overall infrastructure competitiveness.

Requirements:

1. 2-3 years of relevant experience in data centre operations, with a preference for candidates with technical planning or operations expertise.
2. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
3. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive sense of responsibility.
4. Positive, cheerful, and flexible personality with a “can-do” attitude and punctuality.
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment, with a proactive and adaptable approach to challenges.
