Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Bidding Strategy Development:
  Create and refine frameworks for smart bidding, budget allocation, and pacing to support efficient and sustainable advertising ecosystems.

• Performance Optimization:
  Maximize advertising exposure within cost and budget constraints while improving campaign delivery, cold start management, stability, fraud prevention, and attribution accuracy.

• Research and Innovation:
  Stay updated with advancements in computational advertising and game theory, and lead research projects to develop cutting-edge solutions.

• Leadership:
  Provide technical foresight and drive the adoption of state-of-the-art technologies in bidding systems.

Requirements

• Education:
  Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or related fields.

• Experience:
  Proven expertise in bidding strategies, smart bidding frameworks, budget pacing, fraud prevention, and campaign optimization.

• Research Skills:
  Published work in top journals or conferences related to computational advertising or mechanism design.

• Technical Insight:
  In-depth understanding of modern bidding mechanisms and ability to quickly adopt new technologies.
