SailPoint Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ configurations to automate user provisioning, access governance, and identity lifecycle management processes.
• Integrate SailPoint IdentityIQ with various systems and applications, including LDAP, web services (REST/SOAP), SCIM, databases, SaaS applications (Okta), Workday, SAP Suite, etc.
• Utilize scripting/programming languages (Java, Beanshell, JavaScript) to extend SailPoint functionality and automate complex tasks.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and deploy IAM solutions to production environments (Azure, Linux servers, etc.).
• Work with application stakeholders to understand IAM requirements and design effective access controls.
• Continuously improve testing and development processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality IAM solutions.
• Maintain a deep understanding of security best practices and compliance frameworks.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience with IGA/SailPoint and/or Aveksa tools, with a focus on application onboarding.
• Strong experience in scripting/programming languages (Java, Beanshell, JavaScript).
• Proven ability to integrate SailPoint IdentityIQ with various systems and applications (LDAP, web services, SCIM, databases, SaaS applications, etc.).
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, Azure, and Linux environments.
• In-depth knowledge of entitlement/authorization management processes.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with application stakeholders and understanding requirements.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement in processes and technologies.
• Strong understanding of security principles, best practices, and security policy frameworks.
