European Tech Recruit is supporting a Leading Med-tech company with a facility based in Solna, Sweden:
 

This position is responsible of managing Consignment Returns of implants, instruments and equipment including the inventory management activities in relation to the return. The role is coordinating the return with field based staff and within the supply chain wider organization. He/She manages consignment return orders and inventory management in the ERP, as well as physical receipt of the return when sent to our local DC in Solna, Sweden, in line with departmental KPI’s and Quality demands. The role is also coordinating all tasks in relation to consignment returns sent to the central warehouse in Belgium.
 

Key responsibilities
 

· Planning, preparing, & coordinating Consignment Returns of implants, instruments and equipment sent to EDC and to local DC (OrthoKit site) in Solna, Sweden.

· Performs physical counts on site at local DC (OrthoKit site) in Solna, Sweden.

· Initiates and performs system adjustment (aligned with approval process) to ensure all consignment returns are accurately booked in and that consignment inventory levels are accurately reflected on the ERP system.

· Supports with coordination and reconciliation of Field Asset Cycle counts as needed.

· Perform other inventory management activities, such as investigation and correction of negative inventory, consignment master updates etc.

· The Job holder will respect and work within the Business Conduct Policy, HCC guidelines and the clients Credo and will represent in a professional and ethical way in all situations.

· Operate in accordance with SOX compliance and Quality requirements and follow all requirements for QA and audits.

This Person has been given the authorities corresponding to the responsibilities described in this document.

The level of approvals is regulated in the Authority list/SOP´s and system access.

Essential knowledge and skills:

· Experience from MedTech industry

· Experience from working within the framework of SOX and Quality regulations including GDP (Good Distribution Practices).

· Experience from operating in sterile/clean environment

· Experience from working with distribution Quality regulations

· Experience from Supply chain and Inventory management.

Core competencies required for this role:

· Experience from MedTech industry

· Required education: Graduate education, upper secondary level or equivalent work experience.

· Languages: excellent knowledge in Swedish and English, written and spoken. Finnish language is a plus.

· Customer focus for both internal and external customers.

· Systematic, accurate and efficient with an excellent sense of customer care, service and quality.

· Strong communication skills, verbally and written.

· Positive, open minded and motivated.

· Excellent computer knowledge, including MS Excel.

· Must be able to work flexible as required to meet business needs and as workload dictates
