Role Overview:

As a Senior OS Performance Expert, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the performance of next-generation mobile operating systems. Your expertise in system architecture, performance tuning, and power efficiency will drive improvements in responsiveness, resource management, and overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

System Performance Optimization:

• Conduct in-depth research on runtime resource management and control policies.
• Investigate kernel task scheduling and frequency modulation mechanisms.
• Identify and address system performance bottlenecks, ensuring smooth operation.
• Collaborate on software/hardware co-design for enhanced performance.
• Develop and implement solutions to improve power efficiency and heat management.

OS Application Architecture & Optimization:

• Enhance application interaction and dynamic user experience.
• Design and optimize high-performance core modules.
• Solve key technical challenges in application architecture.
• Develop high-performance APIs and development paradigms.
• Stay updated on industry trends and research advancements in OS application technologies.

Performance Capability Development:

• Define technical roadmaps and establish performance benchmarks.
• Develop evaluation systems and infrastructure for performance measurement.
• Strengthen key technical capabilities in system performance.

Skills & Qualifications:

Essential:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OS fundamentals.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C++, Python, JavaScript, Go).
• Extensive experience in OS performance optimization, systems engineering, or related fields.

Desirable:

• Experience in mobile or internet software development.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (e.g., JavaScript frameworks, HTML5, CSS).
• Knowledge of system architecture, performance tuning, and power optimization.
• Publication experience in relevant academic conferences or journals.
• A PhD is a plus but not required.
