Requirement
• More than 3 years of controls experience in battery/E-drive or BIW assembly.
• Well-versed in PLC and PC applications in industrial automation.
• Knowledge of body welding, battery assembly, or e-motor assembly processes, products,
equipment, customer standards, and new trends.
• Available for on-site client projects across Germany
Preference
• Experience in the electric drive/battery industry.
• Experience in designing non-standard electric drive equipment.
• 8-15 years of related work experience and team management experience.
• Experience in delivering electric drive projects for leading customers such as BMW,
Mercedes-Benz, and Volkswagen.
Responsibilities
• Support the Electrical Technical Leader and act as the operative reference point for electrical software design, ensuring performance and the internal and external dissemination of detailed technical lists and standards necessary for electrical software equipment development, both in-plant and on-site.
• Develop control system concepts and architecture according to customer’s RFQ and
standards.
• Develop assembly line controls functional specifications.
• Develop controls programs for assembly lines, and perform testing and commissioning on-site.
• Assist external resources with technical support.
• Interviewing, and forming the team members in Germany
