This company is looking for a seasoned business professional to join as the new VP or Senior Sales Manager for its Digital Signage business in Europe. The team is composed of highly experienced members from Europe and Asia, creating a warm, high-performance atmosphere.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop strategy and direction based on the European digital signage market and supply chain structure.2.
• Account Management: Lead existing and new customer relationship management, providing consultancy and key communication within the customer network.
• Sales Management: Plan and forecast sales development, oversee project ownership of customer requests and business demands.
• Product & Technology Promotion: Deliver compelling presentations and communications about the innovative Micro LED display products and technology portfolio.
• New Business Development:Lead new projects, customer acquisition, and demand creation processes.
• Distributor / Channel Cooperation: Engage regionally with distribution and channel partners for joint business development activities.
• Market Intelligence Development: Gather and consolidate regional market insights to guide business expansion requirements.
• Regional Marcom Support: Participate in European Digital Signage marketing communication initiatives.

Requirements
 

• In-depth understanding of the supply chain structure for Micro LED Display & Digital Signage applications in Europe.
• Over 10 years of professional experience in Micro LED Display & Digital Signage applications within Europe.
• Technical and commercial competence in Micro LED Display & Digital Signage applications.
• Demonstrated experience in Micro LED Display & Digital Signage applications.
• Entrepreneurial and business-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Interest and motivation to work in a global, multicultural business environment.
