Senior UX Designer

We are looking for a Senior User Experience Designer who is passionate about innovation, excels in visual storytelling, and understands the vital role of clear and effective communication in successfully bringing new concepts to market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead innovation and conceptual development within the design team, driving new and exciting design ideas.

• Enhance storytelling techniques to clearly and effectively convey creative concepts.

• Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across global teams on complex, high-impact design projects, ensuring that designs deliver meaningful value to users.

• Work closely with design teams and leverage global external resources to enhance design outcomes.

• Oversee design projects from inception to completion, integrating insights from research, creative workshops, ideation sessions, and concept development phases.

• Prioritise design requirements based on their impact and alignment with business objectives.

   

Qualifications and Experience

• Master’s degree or higher in User Experience Design, Visual Design, Interaction Design, Digital Media Design, Communication, or a related field.

• Expertise in one or more of the following areas: visual storytelling, animation, communication, and copywriting.

• Over 5 years of experience as a senior designer, with a proven track record of collaborating with large global companies and clients.
