SiC MOSFET Chip Development Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
As an SiC MOSFET Chip Development Engineer, you will be responsible for the design and development of high-voltage, high-current SiC MOSFET chips for automotive applications. Your key responsibilities include:

• Defining Key Requirements: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish electrical characteristics and reliability parameters for the chip.
• Chip Design: Conduct full chip architecture design (including cell, terminal, gate bus, etc.) to meet performance and reliability requirements.
• Process Development: Participate in process flow design and critical process Design of Experiments (DOE) to optimize chip performance and manufacturability.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in SiC MOSFET chip design, including full-cycle chip development and mass production experience, particularly in automotive traction inverter applications.
• Deep understanding of SiC MOSFET chip structures and the impact of process variations on device characteristics.
• Familiarity with state-of-the-art SiC MOSFET chip technology, including planar and trench designs.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing process flows, critical processes, and equipment characteristics, with experience in fab operations.
