Staff Hardware Verification Engineer
Staff Hardware Design Verification Engineer – AI/DSP Systems
We are seeking a Senior Hardware Design Verification Engineer to join a high-impact team focused on developing advanced DSP and AI processor technologies. This is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative, high-performance microprocessor designs in a fast-paced, technically challenging environment.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced in verifying complex CPU, GPU, or DSP architectures. Proficiency in constrained-random verification techniques, formal verification methodologies, and a passion for delivering high-quality silicon are essential. This role offers excellent opportunities for growth, innovation, and potential advancement into leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform design verification of complex hardware systems using advanced methodologies

Develop testbenches, write test cases, and apply formal verification where applicable

Collaborate with architecture, design, and software teams to ensure functional correctness and high quality

Analyze and debug failures using simulation, emulation, or waveform analysis tools
Preferred Qualifications:
-
3+ years of experience in hardware design verification
-
Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, or Python
-
Solid understanding of computer architecture and embedded systems

Experience with high-performance microprocessor or SoC designs

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or PhD in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering strongly preferred
